Course Description

This set of recipes speaks directly to coaching senior tellers and their ability to ask for referrals as well as promote the ability of other tellers to do the same. This program will teach specific ways to have a conversation to the resistant senior teller as well as specific recipes that can creatively drive the bottom line by coaching to the referral process. Senior tellers are in a very unique and precarious position, but one that can lead to opportunities as well. Once the senior teller possess the ability to lead by example, the rest of the staff will often follow their lead.
