Coaching to be More Proactive
Building Proactive Teams
Great teams consist of employees who are proactive yet most people are, by habit, reactive. If we want teams that are quick and energetic, that seek opportunity, then we need to develop that skill set in order to cultivate a proactive culture. Sluggish, reactive teams often develop unless we build a mutually understood definition of proactivity and then coach our teams to develop the behaviors which lead them to be truly proactive.
Imagine an office filled with proactive energy. Buzzing with activity. What if your team was known for always being ahead of the game? For always being one step ahead? What if your team had a reputation for speed and foresight? Consider how that might affect your leadership brand.
This will teach you how to facilitate a one-on-one conversation about improving employees' proactivity. In addition, this course will teach you how to use supplemental coaching methods to accelerate the development of employees' proactivity. This course is roughly 2 hours in length and provides instruction which facilitates one-on-one conversation, provides you supplemental coaching methods, and provides multiple, varied downloads that can guide you in your pursuit of coaching employees to become more proactive.
