Course Description

Relationships are more than just whether teams get along. Relationships impact levels of cooperation, engagement with coworkers, effective communication, and teamwork. Strong teams are built on strong relationships between people who really listen to each other, who know how each other work, and care about how people are doing. Those strong relationships translate into powerful teams that problem-solve together, who help each other, who ask the right questions at the right time.
