Course Description

Change is inevitable. Change is necessary for success in an ever-evolving world. Yet most people don't seek out change; in fact, our natural instinct when confronted with change is to dig our feet in, to resist. Asking staff to change rarely elicits the required changes, so what we need to do is facilitate employee's choice to change. We need to guide employees' experience of change. and to incentivize change by showing our employees whats in it for them. Because change is so pervasive, the risks of not changing are huge, including the risk of developing a stagnant office culture which sees more value in the status-quo that in growth and evolution.

But our relationship to change can be a positive one. What if staff sought and encouraged change? What if change was an accepted and valued part of our team or department's culture? How would that affect our reputation as leaders? Our brand? Imagine staff welcoming calls for change and immediately seeking to implement them? What if change were typically viewed as the keystone of success instead of an obstacle to circumvent?

This will teach you how to facilitate a one-on-one conversation about improving employees' acceptance of change. In addition, this course will teach you how to use supplemental coaching methods to accelerate the development of the way employees accept change. This course is roughly 2 hours in length and provides instruction which facilitates one-on-one conversation, provides you supplemental coaching methods, and provides multiple, varied downloads that can guide you in your pursuit of coaching employees to accept change.

Here are some of the benefits to coaching employees' acceptance of change,
