This course is about coaching your manager (s) to coach. It will apply some of the same concepts taught in our flagship product "Progress Coaching for the manager". This course will help Drive coaching in skillet throughout the organization. It is essential managers drive their managers to coach; otherwise, we leave coaching too much to chance. It is imperative that leaders lead by example and the only way to do this with coaching is to actually facilitate the experience and execution of coaching so managers will follow suit.
