FAME is an employee coaching development course. This course provides employees with perspective that they own their FAME: Feedback, Attitude,Motivation, and Engagement. This course will teach specific strategies to improve in the four areas and provides employees opportunities to differentiate themselves in the workplace while preparing them to be successfully coached by their direct manager.

This course is delivered using powerful perspective based scenarios. This will prompt attendees to truly think about what they need to do to become great employees, thus claiming their FAME!
